Not bad. The bluesy-stomp has a Badlands feel to it. I could hear Ray Gillen's pipes on this.

Is that not Oni Logan again? I thought I had read that he was back in the band again.

Yes, that is Oni Logan singing.
That whole situation was weird where he was out and then a couple weeks later he was back in. That was like...late last year I think.
Anyways they seem to be doing well and I will be downloading that new EP off Itunes soon.

I just ordered the EP earlier today, with the t-shirt. The samples sound great.

Does Oni always point to the sky while performing? Good lord.

Robbie Crane is out...
Quote :
Robbie Crane has quit Lynch Mob just months after he left Ratt in order to concentrate on George Lynch’s outfit. The bassist says: “With much thought and regret, I am resigning. Thank you to all the fans for your support of the band and Sound Mountain Sessions. It has been a wild two-year ride that I wouldn’t change for anything.”
Earlier this year he said: “I’d been with Ratt for 15 years and it was time to move on. I love being in Lynch Mob – this is where my heart’s at.”
I guess his heart moved elsewhere.

As a big fan of Wicked Sensation (even got a t-shirt of it), that's a plus for me.

Lynch has certainly matured as a player... is that a Tele in some of the shots he's playing?

Lynch Mob will release 'Sun Red Sun' on December 9th via Rat Pak Records.
The seven song album is being released as a digi-pak EP, a jewel case edition with four bonus tracks, and an autographed version limited to 300 copies -- all of which can be pre-ordered at www.ratpakrecordsamerica.com.
'Sun Red Sun' is the band's 11th release and was written and recorded by the same line-up as the 'Sound Mountain Sessions' EP -- guitarist George Lynch, vocalist Oni Logan, bassist Robbie Crane, and drummer Scot Coogan. 'Sun Red Sun' once again highlights the unique pairing of Logan and Lynch and showcases their ever evolving songwriting abilities.
Mixed and mastered by Chris "The Wizard" Collier" (Lita Ford, KXM), 'Sun Red Sun' offers up straight-forward rockers like "Believers Of The Day" and "Play The Game", as well as more groove-oriented cuts like "Erotika" and "Subliminal Dream". The CD also features a dynamic George Lynch guitar solo track called "Black Waters" as well as an acoustic ballad entitled "Sun Red Sun", which is a tribute to the late great Badlands singer Ray Gillen.
'Sun Red Sun' also features a cover of Bad Company's "Burnin' Sky" and includes four re-mastered bonus tracks from the original 'Sound Mountain Sessions' EP -- "Slow Drag", "World Of Chance", "City Of Freedom" and "Sucka".

Wicked Sensation came out when I was 12 years old. I stared at the album ads in Circus and whatever, showing the album cover and release date and so on. I was so excited to buy and hear this record. I didn't know George Lynch was in Dokken. I didn't know George Lynch was in the band or who he was.
I just knew their was a record coming out with a cover depicting a skull with two swords going through it and big ass snakes on either side. No record could possibly be as cool as this one was going to be. And then I bought it. I don't think I've ever been as disappointed in a music purchase in my life as when I bought that cassette. It was nowhere near as cool as that skull and swords and snakes lead me to believe it would be.
Overtime, I've come to accept that the album is 'okay'. But that disappointment resonates and I've never bought another Lynch Mob records.
