| I like Beyond Magnetic. Obviously it's not even close to their best, but it's a solid album given what it is, a collection of leftovers. | |

| I've already picked up new releases from Overkill, Autopsy, Terrorizer and Napalm Death. I'm predicting that I'll also be getting the new releases from Kreator, Testament, Suffocation, Gorguts and Obituary. I'll probably also get the Mortification one that was recently released. | |

I didn't realize that was a 2012 release, it definitely makes my list then, love that album!
This was released in late January. I accidentally left out the 3 Inches Of Blood cd from my list.

My 2012 purchases have been slow, but 2 that have really stuck with me are:
Christian Mistress - Possession Astra - The Black Chord
2 very different bands, but I enjoy them both immensely. Honorable mention to Orange Goblin's latest, Eulogy For the Damned. It didn't do much for me on the first coupla spins, but it's grown on me with repeated listens. Well, I've heard neither. you should hear that Christian Mistress.. you'll dig it. _________________

Not with the amount of CDs you purchase! I'm picky as hell and don't buy much anymore, so it's not hard for me. |

| I realize I have bought very few metal releases this year.
The only one that comes to mind is Municipal Waste. and Van Halen.
Other good records -Jack White (I don't normally get into stuff he does, but I like this one) -First Aid Kid -Of Monsters and Men -Neil Young- Americana -Bruce Springsteen- Wrecking Ball
I will, no doubt, buy Monster, and I am sure it will be a top tenner.
