| Very odd, as I had the scene from the third Naked Gun movie where "Stayin' Alive" is being played running through my head earlier today. | |

Yeah, it's very unfortunate, but he's been on death's door for a while. I always enjoyed the Bee Gees as well as Andy Gibb and his solo stuff. R.I.P. Robin

| Too bad. Another iconic musician from my childhood. The Bee Gees were one of the hugest groups back in the day and probably had the furthest to fall when the backlash against disco happened. Doesn't that leave Barry as the only living Gibb now? | |

| I am not a fan of the Bee Gees but its hard to dispute their place in rock history and cultural history, my older sister blasted the soundtrack to 'Saturday Night Fever' ad nauseam so I know those songs and formed the backround to my childhood musical memories for better or worse. | |

I think their sister Lesley Gibb is still alive. Is it just me or do more and more celebrities die because of some cancer in the past decade? We had now 3 musicians die because cancer in one Week (Gibb, Donna Summer and Peter Jones from Crowded House) What is going on?
