You must see them live! This is the most amazing band and the guys are really cool and down to earth!
The King of Hell is my favorite release from them now but all their albums rule. Nosferatu is genius though.

I have a CD-R of it. Heard it? It's not good at all, and I consider myself a pretty huge HELSTAR fan. I even like the "James Rivera Legacy" demo CD more than MoB.

I used to own it, but somewhere along the way it disappeared. =(

Yea, MULTIPLES OF BLACK is not great. The cover of Priest's "Beyond the Realms of Death" is OK but like ToB sez, many of the same songs appear on the JAMES RIVERA LEGACY album and those versions are superior to the versions on the M.O.B. album.

As great as that album was, I hear they weren't drawing flies on that tour. This is from one of the band members of one of the opening bands. Just more proof that musical supremacy doesn't always translate into popularity.

Absolutely!
Agree with Shannon, too. They are GREAT live! For such a short little shyte, Rivera has a pretty big stage presence.

True, but the bass player's rockin' a rad "Skullet" though.

I have that. It is not a bad CD by any means - the production sucks but the songwriting is not that bad. Quite good vocals too.

I just picked up a Locomotive promo copy of "sins of the past"
It is smokin'.... I usually don't care for remakes of older material, but as I type this....my neck is sore
"Far beyond the sea of blood An angel spreads his wings Set loose by the hand of God A message this angel brings"
then it goes into a solo that is not only technical but it makes a statement...good stuff here, no doubt

Very sad. They are among the top three most underrated bands of all time.
