MUSIC HAUL [NEW ADDITIONS 2011]

So the whole thing is in Swedish? Even though I don't really much attention to lyrics I find them distracting when they're in a foreign language for a whole album. Hence the reason I'm not much into Rammstein.

its metal but, like Northwind, very folksy. I like it a lot but I still think the S/T is their best.

I think the new one is fantastic! I think the fact that the lyrics now are in their native swedish language makes it all sound more authentic and it fits the music perfectly. At least to me who understand swedish, not sure how that is working out for you over there....

All Swedish but mine is a limited edition with two bonus tracks in English.
I can understand why the language thing is a turn off but i see it a bit different. I can`t understand how you guys who have English as your native language can listen to all those foreign bands with terrible accents and meaningless lyrics butchering your language.

Yeah I will admit that sometimes a thick accent or really bad grammar from a foreign band singing in English is just as distracting as if they sang in their native tongue.

That's what keeps the new Stala & So from being higher in my yearly rankings than it is. It's not so much the accent but the grammar is atrocious.
