The wife and I were sitting in traffic on our way to a cookout at 5:59 pm. Bright sunny skies. At 6:00, I was hoping for something. Dark clouds, slight tremors, bird pooping on my windshield, anything. 6:01, nothing.

The radio dj had good sense of humor about it though. Right after 6:00, he played Gloria Gaynor's 'I Will Survive'. That made us laugh.
