You got some great deals there, dude. Those Maiden discs alone are worth double or triple what you paid easily.

After leaving my mom's I stopped at the mall with the Sam Goody and got this from Hot Topic as a blind buy:



A mix of Children Of Bodom and Dragonforce with vocals similar to the former. Great music but the vocals are a bit monotonous.

Went to check out Sam Goody only to find out it was replaced with a trendy clothing store. First Virgin now this, the internet is stating to become my only source of music these days. I'm so pissed that all these sources of music are being cut off from me, I miss the thrill of the hunt that internet shopping just can't touch.

I have all 3 of those but only regularly spin "Waves". There's just something about the sound of that album; "progressive thrash"? The other ones are basically the same style but something about Waves just resonates more with me. Could be because it's the first album I heard by the band.

Probably. Olafsto put 2 songs of theirs on a mix cd and I liked it. They were cheap enough on amazon so I grabbed them. Their songs are extremely unecessarily long though haha

Yeah, I totally agree. I think that's what I find offputting about them; songs that just seem too long for no good reason.

i enjoy them. Waves is probably my favorite from them.
