Hit up the used shop in town today at lunch, despite the 124 degree temp and a shop with no AC. Got all 5 of these for $8 total.
Redd Kross - Phaseshifter Suicidal Tendencies - The Art of Rebellion Led Zeppelin - III Led Zeppelin - Houses of the Holy Damn the Machine - s/t (have this one, bought it as trade fodder for .25 cents)
D'oh!! Looks like I already had that Suicidal album too. Anyone need a copy?

Guess once I get a job again, I will have to pick up Desert Dreams. I was wanting to find a female fronted melodic hard rock band and in my search I came accross this band. Guess they will fill that void, unlike the lackluster Hydrogen album.
Desert Dreams is awesome if you're into that female-fronted hard rock style. I've sort of moved on from that but I just love this woman's voice.
Well, personally, I'm tired of the clean singing women because apart from a select few, they all sound the same. I prefer my vocalists to have mpore power behind there voice these days (even trying to increase the power in my own singing).

Beth Hart.
It ain't metal but you won't find more power or emotion.

Her upcoming album is a collaboration with Joe Bonamassa, so that might be a bit more rockin'.
And if you want power and don't mind a more alt-rock style, check out Pet:
Not metal, but that chick's voice rules! Her name is Lisa Papineau, if you care.

Wow, that's a unique find. Is it a bootleg or the real deal? It was understanding that not many of them were pressed. I have a cdr from a buddy of mine that got a copy directly from a member of the band.

It's a Perris Records release. So I'd assume they just re-released what the band put out. I didn't have much expectations for it but it is really pretty good.
