Nothing makes my heart happier than walking seattle at 4 AM with saxy trying to get as many homeless people to come back to our hotel with us as possible.

I need to find an excuse for a Seattle trip at some point, I haven't been out there for about 8 years.

Texas is a helluva lot cheaper to live in...or else I would consider it. Still might one of these days, who knows.
