please help -obscure NWOBHM lyrics - what song?

Hello All, I hope someone can help, I have had this song going on in my head for a long time. its from pre-1981 and contains the lyrics;

"Ten thousand hours, I’m on my way back home...and I won’t be back no more, no I won’t be back no more. You call me Spitfire, that’s what you call me”

Its fairly melodic metal music, it was a 'b' side of a single from around this time, and I think its NWOBHM??
