| Since I recently purchased Megadeth's Rust In Peace Live album, I thought it would be the perfect time to ressurect this old question... What band (current or no longer existent) and classic album would you like to see them perform in it's entirety? Doesn't matter if they could or should, just wishful thinking here. I'd love to see the whole original GnR line-up reform and play Appetite for Destruction. And maybe Zeppelin performing Physical Graffitti Now you... _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too.

They could do Gutter Ballet and Streets together, and we'd probably get the whole story more accurate. _________________

Lars' head would explode like a ripe melon & a well placed M-80. Some drummers can sit behind the kit and make it look effortless. Lars is not one of those drummers. He looks like he's running a marathon with a refrigerator strapped on his back. Bright red, gasping for breath, veins popping out on his forehead. _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. | I know that allot of bands have been doing this lately, usually to pretty positive reviews. But what about the opposite effect? Maybe the singer just couldn't hit the notes anymore? Or the songs just weren't that good to begin with? Or the current line-up just doesn't have the same chemistry as the original? Has anyone seen a band perform an album in it's entirety and it was BAD? _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. | I thought Rust in Peace and The Legacy were totally killer live.
Ones I'd like to see? Overkill - Taking Over Dark Angel - Time Does Not Heal Metal Church - The Dark Anthrax - Fistful of Metal Megadeth - So Far, So Good Kreator - Extreme Aggression Annihilator - Alice In Hell
Of course most of these are either highly unlikely or flat out impossible.

When Jon Oliva's Pain came and played ProgPower UK in 2007, they played nearly all of Streets (they skipped out 'Sammy & Tex' and one other - a shame, because that's one of my favourite tracks!). It was incredible, my friend and I were front and centre for the entire thing. We also got Jon to play 'Edge of Thorns'. Unfortunately, they haven't been back to the UK since. _________________

Twisted Sister - Love is for Suckers Alice cooper - Brutal Planet, Dragontown Bon Jovi Circle Whilst most of these aren't bad albums, there are far far better by each artist to be played in their entirety. I mean Black Rain? Really? _________________

| yes, Black Rain i like a lot, like tha Zakk's heavy riffs ala BLS. really fits with Ozz's singing. there are better, but as we know, all of the well known albums which are notorically known and overplayed so we have to change it. | |

| I have seen performed live:
Queensryche - O:M - Empire tour! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! Iron Maiden - A Matter Of Life & Death - wow, another favorite concert. One of my fav Maiden albums and was AWESOME to see live. Glad they did this!!!! Judas Priest - British Steel - Another great album to see live!!!
Tomorrow, I will see:
Megadeth - Rust In Peace Slayer - Seasons In The Abyss
I am a big fan of seeing whole albums performed live. My list would include my favorite albums of all time. I have been lucky enough to see two of them (O:M and AMOLAD). The list would be long and distinguished.
