There isn't much of a scene here. There's mostly indie rock bands, but in my hometown there were a couple of decent enough bands. Thronar and Heidevolk were pretty good. Besides, Holland is so small that any band can count.

I haven't seen too many in my area. I know Theocracy is from Athens, GA. But I've got to give the nod to my son's band, SHOCK! You can check out there myspace linked below. I'm cool with constructive criticism or any advice that might help me to guide their path a little bit. They are only nineteen and haven't been playing very long, but they've put college aside to pursue this thing so I'm going to support them. Plus, they do write some catchy songs.
