Gothic Slam "Who Died and Made You God" would be a great candidate. Deliverance "If You Will" is also a major contender.

Overkill is the about the only thrash band with a sizable amount of punk influence (that is, a band of more thrash, the crossover genre doesn't count in the context I speak of) where I appreciate and enjoy them.

Funny to still see so much love for "Toxic Waltz." I read an interview with Gary Holt in an old issue of Metal Maniacs a couple of days ago where he sez he's sick of that song and wishes it would "just go away." Haha. But of course the band still plays it every night because if they don't, the fans would riot. It's become their "Enter Sandman," so to speak.

Actually, if you look at some of their more recent setlists, they don't play "The Toxic Waltz" all that much anymore. They still play it occasionally, but Gary says he has to be in the mood to do so.
