| My old stereo from the 1990s has a tape deck, but unfortunately that's still at my parents' place. I really like tapes, but since the fancy one I have in my apartment doesn't play tapes I hardly listen to 'em. However, the ones I really like (obscure demos and all that stuff) I usually rip to mp3. | |

| The only place I still have a cassette deck is in my car, but I couldn't tell ya the last time I actually played a tape in it. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

| My component Sony double tape deck finally pooped out on me after only 18 years, but I do have a small boombox that has a cd player and tape player that I use to listen to outside and convert my cassettes to cd on the pc. | |

| Thanks to all of you. I have been reading everyone's responses and I talked with some friends at other record labels, and I am leaning towards just waiting and releasing the full length only,on CD. I had originally thought about releasing a Cauldron Born EP on cassette with two new songs plus a Heavy Load cover.I would still like to do that Heavy Load cover, though. When Cauldron Born was on Underground Symphony, they asked me if I would like to record a couple songs for a Heavy Load tribute album. Unfortunately, that album never came to fruition. The label owner explained to me that most of the guys in the young symphonic metal bands on his label had never heard of Heavy Load.

| How bout a USPM cover of "Witchy Woman" Ties into Cauldron Born somewhat ? USPM with 3 or 4 part vocal harmonies would be interesting. Laterz _________________ | |

Howie A demo/EP tape with rough versions of new songs would be amazing! Hell, I'd release that on a 7" EP if I had the money for it. What Heavy Load song are you planning to do? I think Roar of the North or Son of the Northern Light would be a good fit for Cauldron Born | |

| I have a double-deck cassette player in my Sony stereo, but I'm pretty sure they are both out of comission. I haven't used either in I don't know how long, but I seem to remember at least one of them playing slooooooow. I still have a Sony walkman, but haven't used it in years either. And the only tapes I still own are about 20 mix tapes I made "back in the day". Don't know why I hold onto 'em, but I just can't bring myself to toss them out. _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too.
