this is an interesting documentary. i recommend it

I watched it months ago, and, plain and simple, is a awful, horrible documentary! What the hell was that guy thinking? Then I find this, with Tool and Poison in it. http://www.blender.com/guide/articles.aspx?id=1946

I would have to disagree - they've been showing it over and over on VH1- I've seen it a few times, really cool stuff

I enjoyed the movie when I saw it on VH1 some time ago, I've been meaning to pick up the 2-disc DVD but just haven't gotten round to it yet.

I'd give it a 7 out of 10. I aint a fan of modern rock/metal but you figure you had to include it if you were doing a history of metal thing, ya know. and also there are alot of bands that were major influences that were not very popular and were not included in the movie. The movie only scratched the surface, true metal is and has always been an underground thing, not about the gold and platinum selling albums only.

Try Heavy - A story of metal instead, it's a lot better than this.

I've seen loads of metal documentaries, and I have to say, it's not bad. I enjoyed it.
