I start to wonder where my DVD of the first documentary is........
I'll buy this one too.
On a related note: Do anyone know if that thrash documentary ever saw the light of day?

Metal simply rules. Always has, always will.
I wouldn't mind seeing this when it comes out.
The first one was pretty good! Laughed my head off at the Mayhem interview, ha ha!
"We are the best metal band...out there! If people don't recognize that, then f**k them!, you know?" Woohoohoo!
"Do you have a comment on that?" "Yeah, I have a comment. F**k YOU!"
I'm sorry, that just cracks me up....that guy (Necrobutcher) was a wacko!

Yeah, Mayhem are nuts.
I'll definitely have to watch this, the first documentary was very well done.

Count me as a big fan of A Headbanger's Journey. I know people who hate metal that also enjoyed it. This next one looks like it could be just as good.

That part is smurfin' hilarious! If they somehow get a Mayhem interview on this next one, I'm sold!

If you're talking about GET THRASHED, it's played at a few indie-film festivals here in the US but as far as I know there hasn't been any release dates announced (for a wider theatrical release or for a DVD).
I wish they'd get that damn thing out either way... I've been dyin' to see it for a couple of years now!!
As for the new film from the "Metal: A Headbanger's Journey" guy, Sam Dunn, sounds like fun... I loved the last one, have seen it a bunch of times. For awhile it seemed like VH1 Classic was running it every couple of days so I must've seen it a dozen times by now!! I was just reading about Sam on Blabbermouth earlier this week, he's currently following Iron Maiden around on their current Somewhere Back In Time tour for a separate documentary about Iron Maiden...now that should be sweet.

It looks really awesome. I loved the first film and can't wait for this one.
Who are the Japanese band with the big hair? Is that Loudness?
What's the song towards the end, at around 1:35?
