I liked their "Our Stinkin' Demo and the 1st album had a few good songs. Didn't care for them after that.

I love their demo and their first album "Southpaw". Their second was good too, but I like the demo & Southpaw better. Their third album was absolutely terrible IMO

Just ordered Southpaw on Amazon...

I heard the song "Talk About the Weather" on the "Heaven's Metal Sampler Vol.I" in the mid '90s. I immediately went back to the Christian Bookstore and got "Southpaw." I lived on that album for months.

A few years later, Precious Death broke up, but (in an interview) Christopher Scott announced that they just finished their farewell album with the help of some of the guys from "Blackball." When they finally put out the self-titled, I was disappointed (it sounded like the first Blackball only faster on some songs). Later I found "If You Must" through RadRockers. I enjoyed it, but not as much as "Southpaw." I never did get the "stinkin" demo.

Yes, the demo was pretty good. Not sure about the CDs though. They're kinda iffy.

I had their SOUTHPAW album and i liked it. Didn't like the second album much...

Southpaw is awesome - it's just one of those albums that grabs ya.

If you Must is good as well but different. More of a Pantera vibe.

The S/T album is pure crap. I've never heard the whole album.

Christopher Scott had one of those cool voices though...

Was the "our stinkin demo" more thrash based? I have only heard southpaw so far.

Southpaw RULES! this CD lived in my player for a long time when it was first released. I still listen to it on a regular basis and it holds up really well after all this time.

The demo had thrash elements, but I wouldn't call it a thrash demo.

I didn't hear the specialness about it. It just seemed to me that it was another band trying to cross genres.... I know I'm in the minority but it did nothing for me.... Found it in a 50 cent pile....

I used to really like them, but I think I listened to them to the point of overkill. I've traded/sold that ones that would sell/trade.

Southpaw is pretty good and If You Must is ok.Never heard the demo.

I visited them in their practice room in 1995, bought some shirts from them and almost became a roadie for one concert.
