Not sure i'd say that but I doubt Gus had much input on the album. The last Ozzy had such a BLS sound I think he had to make a change. What happened to Zakk playing like on No More Tears.

Funny thing is BLS was inspired by Sabbath but with southern rock influences as well.

Gus G is an excellent guitarist but he's no Zakk Wylde.
The new stuff is sounding much better than the last album already. I really didn't like Shot To Hell. The only songs i liked from that album were Black Mass Reverends and New Religion.
Hope then new one is going back to the heavier style of Blessed Hellride and earlier.

Shoddy radio rip.
They took the other down. I really dig it. Then again, I dig all BLS. This one has a more traditional metal sound.

BLACK LABEL SOCIETY will release a new single, "Parade Of The Dead", in mid-June. More details will be made available soon.
BLACK LABEL SOCIETY'd new studio album, "Order Of The Black", will be issued in North America on August 10 via E1 Music. The CD will be made available in Europe through Roadrunner Records and in Australia and New Zealand via Riot! Entertainment.
"Order Of The Black" will feature four different CD covers — one for each territory: North America, Europe, Australia and South America/Asia.
The "Order Of The Black" artwork can be viewed below.
BLACK LABEL SOCIETY's longtime drummer Craig Nunenmacher recently left the band and was replaced by veteran rock skinsman Will Hunt (EVANESCENCE, STATIC-X, DARK NEW DAY, TOMMY LEE, STUCK MOJO).
BLACK LABEL SOCIETY will headline the second stage at this year's installment of Ozzy Osbourne's travelling festival, Ozzfest. This marks the band's sixth appearance on the explosive hard rock package tour. Following Ozzfest, BLS will head out on its own worldwide headlining tour in support of "Order Of The Black" through 2011.
BLACK LABEL SOCIETY's last studio album, "Shot to Hell" (2006), sold just under 32,000 copies in the United States during its first week of release — less than the 45,000 copies shifted by BLS's "Mafia" (Artemis) back in March 2005 — to land at position No. 21 on The Billboard 200 chart.
I for one, am looking forward to this. After a long break, I've rekindled my liking of all things BLS, so this new album will be a welcome addition.
