Well, I gotta say that's probably the most unsatisfying buck and a quarter I've ever spent. Listened to all of these today. Tate and Sambora's solo albums were both sleeping pills, the Velvet Revolver disc was a scratched up, skipping clusterf*ck, Nelson was waaaaayyy too girly, and Fuel was dull-as-dishwater modern rock. Ugh. The only disc from that batch that MIGHT be a keeper is Mr. Big, and I'm even on the fence about that one at the moment.

Sheesh, this is what I get for trying to expand my musical horizons once in a while? Ick.

I actually liked Geoff Tate's solo album, so I am so far the only person in the world who is not related to Tate who actually likes the album. I cannot stand Fuel, liked them even less when Krieger and Manzarek hired the singer in that band to replace Ian Astbury for their fake Doors band.

Nelson are horrid and you should have used your quarter to buy a gumball at the supermarket and I like Velvet Revolver but nowhere near as good as G n R or STP.

If Sambora's solo album was dull that would be an improvement.
