Wonder who's really destroying this country, a bunch of musicians looking to have fun, or a bunch of uneducated and fear-mongering sectarians with noodles for brains?

I was asked to leave a church confirmation class once when the instructor started in on the "Rock is evil y'know. KISS stands for Knights In Satan's Service, AC/DC stands for Anti-Christ, Devil's Child" nonsense. I couldn't help myself, I started laughing. When the instructor (a real hard core fire-and-brimstone type from Texas) asked me what was so funny, I said "I'm sorry, but YOU are. That stuff about KISS and AC/DC is totally bogus." So she sez "Well then maybe you ought to wait outside," to which I said "gladly."

Totally! And Ozzy Osbourne once threw a bunch of kittens on into the audience and refused to continue the show till the crowd killed them... And Alice Cooper once passed a bucket around the front row so people could spit in it, then he drank the spit... gotta love those old "urban legends"

I mean, it even uses the old "backward masking in Stairway To Heaven" myth.

When I was a kid my mom used to make me go to this church, the First Baptist Church of Largo, which used to piss me off, because that was the day the local station would air the Three Stooges.
One day a Rev Billy Mayo came rolling thru town with his anti rock message, over the loud speaker he played AC/DC's Highway to Hell, which did the opposite of what he intended, the next day I went out and bought a few AC/DC albums on vinyl and my path was set to my rock n roll obsession.
I should send Billy Mayo a thank you card, his list of evil rock bands served as an excellent buying guide.

I hate to play "devil's advocate" here, but I do believe music can be a powerful influence on the weak minded.Black metal church burnings, the killing of Elyse Pahler by Slayer fans, etc. Yeah, I know YOU people aren't going to do crazy smurf poo in the name of music, but you can't discount the esoteric occult/Freemason symbolism in popular music which is much more dangerous than the rather overt symbolism in metal.I have studied the New World Order, the Protocols of the Wise men of Zion,MK Ultra, silent weapons for quiet wars, etc, so I think I know what I'm talking about.

I don't see what this has to do with any "New World Order" nonsense, since it's been known for almost a hundred years that the Protocols is a literary forgery, that plagiarizes a French satire and a novel by a well known antisemite.
