Could've sworn there was already a thread on this band but didn't find it. Anyhow, any fans here? Travis Meeks is probably one of the most talented musicians to come out in the 90's. His guitar playing and song arrangements are nothing short of genius IMO. I heard he is still working on a new album after a long hiatus recovering from drug addiction. Fav cd would be the Green album and fav song Not The Same.

Travis Meeks. Yeah I saw him on Intervention. There will never be another album.
The first album was good, albeit a bit dated now. Can't say much about anything else.

I like and own them all.
This music always reminded me of Alice In Chains' "Jar Of Flies"; acoustic AIC. Good stuff!

There's a dude from Saigon Kick in that band, too, right? Maybe not.
Either way, Days of the New is outstanding! Meeks apparently has his crap together and they're recording a new album now.

Just got done listening to all these albums in sequence and I must say I missed how almost Jim Morrison sounding Travis can be. I did a little research and I seen he did vocals for the track The End from VH1 Storytellers.
I look forward to a new DOTN record in the next few years.. This man is too talented to not be making music.
