He shoud've won again for Best METAL Performance this year but at least we have Obama winning the Nobel PEACE Prize as he ramps up the war in Afghanistan.

Not a political thread Mr ToB Exactly - keep the Obama comments to the Obama threads. I agree that Unforgiven III is the worst song on DM - every other song is pure awesomeness!!!!!!! LOL on the TUll comment Manny!!!!!! I would LOVE to see AC/DC wing best hard rock album, but considering the some of grammy voters are the same people who do the rock and roll hall of fame, it won't happen. AC/DC deserves to win best hard rock performance. The should be up for album of year considering the rest of the crap that was nominated. Best metal performance has at lease 3 awesome songs up - Megadeth, Slayer and Priest!!!!!!

I am actually surprised that they do acknowledge metal at all. Exactly!!! and three of 5 songs nominated for best metal performance are AWESOME songs!!!!!! I mean a 30 + year old Judas Priest song is given new life!!!!!!! Megadeth - awesome!!!! Probably my least favorite song on Edngame, but still an AWESOME song!!!! And SLAYER!!!!!!!!!!! Spread a little hate worldwide!!!!!!!!! That is an awesome song and the album is the best thing Slayer has done since the back in the day!!!!

I am actually surprised that they do acknowledge metal at all. They make up for it by shoving the metal award presentations on the non-televised portion of the show
