17.8" out here so far, but the landscaper's are already shoveling it, and since they closed my job, all I have to do is shovel out my car

I live in Northern Maryland, real close to Delaware. The snow has taken a breather. I am finished shoveling my driveway. now off to do two more!

Here we go again. Just got the e-mail that the offices are closed tomorrow in preparation for Round 2. 14 to 24 inches on top of what we just got on Saturday.

Hoo-ray for the snow day. Boo for the shoveling.

We finally got snow. It's been snowing all day and by tomorrow afternoon we'll have 6-10 inches.

I got sent crashing over a curb on the way home today because of it right at the intersection before home. I'm okay and amazingly the car is okay too, it's just embarrassing though.

The shoveling is great exercise though. I had to shovel our measly 5 inches off my driveway today and when I came in and took off my coat, I couldn't believe how soaked I was. And I do 30 minutes on an eliptical every day but shovelling uses muscles you just don't use on a machine.

The shoveling is the only bad part....... Went looking for a snow blower yesterday - everyone was sold out!

Shitton more of it falling here tonight, Im going to have to start a crank habit to keep shoveling like this.

Looks like we ended up getting around 10 inches like they said. My car is jacked up though from going over that curb yesterday. I couldn't make it to work today.

It's a blizzard right now where I live. Not the Blizzard of Oz either.

It took a while to get goin' here but it's finally coming' down pretty good... Looks to be about 5-6 inches on the ground already and it sounds like there will be plenty more to come before it's all over.

I let the dog out for a piddle break a few minutes ago and when he came back in he looked like a powdered donut.
