Megadeth were great!! And actually one of the better shows sound-wise that I've seen Megadeth play. Kyng the opening band were ok. Not terrible but not the worst band I've ever seen.

Loved it. Hated the intro fooled me into thinking they were actually going to do POD live! Then the credits at the end on the screens made me feel like I'd just watched a movie. Testament / Overkill / Flots - 2/20 - Can't wait for this! I saw Testament this year but I haven't seen Overkill since 2004 or so. I have never seen Flots. Should be a good one.

This, on 2/10, I haven't seen Flots since they opened for King Diamond in '88 or Overkill since they opened for Megadeth in '87.

Never got to see Flots or Overkill. Wanted to see Overkill during the second Gigantour, but Dave's event never came to the DFW area that year (despite doing pretty well down here for the first one).

Testament/Overkill/Flotsam and Jetsam/4Arm on 2/20, as well. Should be fun. Last saw Testament on their Souls of Black tour Last saw Overkill on the Years of Decay tour Last saw Flots on their When the Storm Comes Down(?) tour Really looking forward to 4Arm too as I really like their cd.

Are you sure the 2nd bad is Nitrodogs and not Nitrogods? Nitrogods sound like Motorhead with a touch of rockabilly. And they're awesome!

Lady GaGa is playing here next year tickets id imagine were not a pretty penny, I know that cuz Fleetwood Mac is playing near here in April and tickets are 120 bucks

I caught the Machine Head & Dethklok show last Friday. I was disappointed MH was the opener, they still put on a great, albeit short show. I didn't have high expectations for Dethklok, but I do enjoy the show & that was basically what I got: A 1 1/2 hour long episode with the band playing mostly in shadow the whole set. Overall a good way to waste time & kill brain cells on a Friday night.
