I can agree that some of these albums should have been bigger than they
are, but a few of them? "Death Magnetic"? "The Crusade" by Trivium? How much bigger can they get. Didn't both these albums sell platinum plus?

Glad to see Ultimatum on that list.

The only one I agree with on that list is "The Legacy". It should be listed in the top 5 thrash albums of all-time IMHO.

Some good albums on there that I can agree with

While I don't agree with that entire list there are some good cds on there that I do have and like quite a bit.

Gods of the Earth by The Sword - Yesss!!!


Death Magnetic by Metallica - I thought this was fairly well recieved?


War Without End by Warbringer - Good freakin' call. This is bad stuff.


Into the Pit by Ultimatum - Again, this is a good call.

They got #1 right. Such an awesome album.

As much as I love Eternal Nightmare, I think from a commercial standpoint Oppressing The Masses should have been much bigger.

I'd also add Death's Spiritual Healing, Onslaught's In Search Of Sanity, and any Warrior Soul (Last Decade and Salutations especially).

I like Hatchet "Awaiting Evil" quite a bit

from way back when Q5 "steel the light"

Yeah... I don't get how Death Magnetic could've been bigger. Maybe the list compiler wanted it to to reach Black Album sales?

I love the Nasty Savage s/t, but I don't see that it had all that much commercial potential at the time.
