New Forbidden song is up!

Check their MySpace page, new song "Adapt or Die" was posted earlier today.

I am pleasantly surprised by the new song!

It is enjoyable although not the catchiest song I have ever heard.

I need to listen to it more to see how I really feel about it. Looking forward to hearing the other tunes now.

It's ok, but i never cared much for Forbidden besides their first album.

It's more in the "Distortion" vein than the first two albums despite what the band told on their blogs, but it's good nonetheless (I liked Distortion). It's great to see Russ trying to hit those high notes once again. They're not all over the place, but it's better a little than none.

Yeah He's still got pretty good range after all this time.
I agree with ya Coma,Distortion was a decent album.Heck I even liked Green.Forbidden doesnt have a bad album IMO.

It's not as laid back as "Distortion" IMHO.

The song is ok but nothing great. Hopefully they have better songs on the album. I am with Troublezone in saying as well that I never cared much for them other than their 1st album!

Not bad. Russ is one of my favorate vocalists in thrash...glad to see Forbidden back at it. I just bought a Forbidden "forbidden evil" T-shirt a few weeks ago actually..haha.

Not bad but not great either. I hope this is just one of their less good tracks and they're holding back the real goodies for the album. I seriously doubt they can surpass any of their first three CDs. Twisted Into Form in particular.

I like the new track. Does remind slightly of the Distortion material, but has a bit more speed. Can't wait to hear more!

Yeah, it sounds great, though it didn't quite grab me - Nice to hear quality thrash with mostly clean vocals these days!

Another new song up on their myspace.Hopenosis.Man its a great song.I cant wait until the new album comes out.I have a feeling its gonna be one of my tops for that year.

Has anyone heard anything about a new Forbidden album? I've been waiting for years now. They were supposed to release a new one in '09. That never happened.

Are they having problems?

The new album suppose to land sometime early 2010.

I'm glad Russ seems to be getting the rust off and singing much better now than when they reunited a while back.

Yeah, I'm glad Russ is still with them. Glad they didn't replace him. He has a great thrash voice.
