Former Britny Fox frontman "Dizzy" Dean Davidson will release a new studio album, entitled "Sermons Of The American Tabloid," in late 2009/early 2010 via Greenplanet Records. Produced by Dizzy Dean, engineered by Phil Nicolo and mastered by Bob Ludwig, the CD features the following recording lineup:
Dizzy Dean - Lead Vocals, Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Piano
Johnny Dee (Doro, ex-Britny Fox - Drums
Catherine Popper - Bass, Vocals, Pedal Steel
Jimmy Marchiano - Electric Guitar, Vocals

I wonder if he's going to sing like he did in BF or like he did in Blackeyed Susan.

Seen this on another board earlier.Always liked BF and Blackeyed Susan.

They might as well call it a Britny Fox album, it has 2 of the 4
members. All Britny Fox is now is a Billy Childs solo band.

Yep. Britny Fox without Michael Kelly Smith and neither Dizzy nor Tommy Paris makes no sense.

Anyone know if this will be a rock album? Last I heard, ol' Dizzy ditched the "Dizzy" moniker and was writing/recording country music. Seeing that pedal steel listed in the credits makes me think this could have some modern country flava to it.
