Puppet of Destruction was originally released over 10 years ago via Rowe Productions/Diamante and has long since been out of print. Now and for a limited time only you can pick up a very special pressing of this thrash masterpiece! And if you think you have already heard this release…think again!!!!



This release has been completely redone and remastered to perfection, with levels adjusted and instruments tweaked, this will be a true pleasure to the ears for you Ultimatum fans that have long been asking for it!!! This release will also contain 3 bonus tracks added to the mix to really make this a very special release! The 3 bonus tracks included consists of an alternative mix of 'Never', from the original ‘Puppet of Destruction’ sessions along with a newly re-recorded version of 'Mortal Stomp' and closing out the disc is the much sought after Testament cover 'Sins of Omission'.

Wow, I started the request of the re-issue of this album on June 16th and in one month it's all done. Nice job Bill.

i prefer Into the Pit & the cover album. Ultimatum is just getting started imho.

I'm excited about this one. I didn't really care all that much about the other remasters, but this one was mastered so poorly in '98. I think people will appreciate the album much more with a fuller sound.

Excellent . Also. ULTRA cool you went the extra mile and did Fatal Delay as a bonus. I know how much you hate it, but Ill be thrilled to have it on disc.

Some people were concerned we were going to pull a Sharon Osbourne or Megadeth and re-record parts. We are not remixing or re-recording anything. We are simply remastering, which means changing the levels, EQ, etc. on the overall mix as it was done in 1997. What we want is that bottom end that was stripped out brought back in and for the guitars not to sound so brittle.

The Fatal Delay demo will also be mastered and not remixed or re-recorded.

Thanks Bill. We appreciate everyone's support in these. Only 100 pre-orders are being taken w. the demo. Due to my computer totally crashing at home, I haven't put up anything on Ultimatum.net or our MySpace, but as soon as I do, I suspect the rest of the pre-order copies will be gone.
