I am infinitely jealous. Ted Poley is, for some reason, one of my favourite singers. He seemed like a very nice guy. I didn't have the heart to tell him I was never much of a fan. Danger Danger fans are a rare breed Haha, I recognized him because at the time (early 90s) he was fronting his post-D.D. band called "Bone Machine" and I'd just seen them a month or two earlier opening for a KISS tribute band (Sad, huh? Haha.) I was working at the K-Mart at the time, and being the non conformist rocker guy I was, I used to wear a big Gene Simmons pin (the shot from his KISS solo album cover) on my regulation red K-Mart vest. He walked by and said "Hey, nice KISS pin," and I sez "Thanks, hey, you're Ted right?" He lit up like "YEAH! How you doin' man?" shook my hand, we chit chatted for a minute or two and he went on his way. As I said, nice guy, I didn't have the heart to say I wasn't really a fan. He seemed so happy that someone recognized him, I didn't want to ruin his day. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"
