Weird poll maybe, but I have 4 CDs by each band so why not.

They started around the same time, on different continents. Which one do you prefer and why?

Gonna have to go Armored Saint, cuz I own almost all of their stuff.

Tokyo Blade, all I have is a few random tracks scattered around on some compilation albums.

I absolutely love Tokyo Blade. One of my personal top bands ever; having been into them since the mid eighties via a local record store; and taking the recomdation from the guy behind the counter on an import they had gotten in. My s/t copy is on the original Powerstation label.
Continued buying import singles and the Canadian Banzai label on all the titles they issued. The last three releases are among my favourites from them.
That all said, I still chose Armored Saint.

I saw AS during the Delirious tour. October ?
They were all cool, tough, clad in leather. Stage.
I’ll never forget the impact of how they acted.
I saw MALICE a year later. But AS. 300 of us there.

Definitely Armored Saint for me. When I saw the video for Can U Deliver I was hooked. I like Tokyo Blade but I love Armored Saint.

I have the first 3 Tokyo Blade albums and they're really good. I plan on getting their entire discography eventually. I own all of Armored Saint and am way more familiar with them so I'm going with Armored Saint.

I purchased the first three studio albums by Tokyo Blade, as well as an EP or two on vinyl as they were released I checked out shortly afterwards.

My choice is Armored Saint.
