QUIET RIOT:LIVE&RARE cd

I am listening to this live album(with some bonus demo tracks) and i realy like it. Great raw heavy metal sound, and the songs are played faster then on their albums. I read some reviews at Amazon and they were not very positive but i realy love this cd. Opinions???
