I don't know about Les Paul, but I know that twenty years ago today, Sergeant Pepper taught the band to play. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

Les Paul Who taught Les Paul how to play? Is this a trick question? I woulda guessed he was self-taught. _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too.

Anyone? I know I've read this somewhere, but now I can't remember. I think it was the very same guitar-player he replaced in the band. _________________

I know that during The Battle Rages On tour Ritchie Blackmore quit in the middle of it and then Joe Satriani finished out the tour and Morse became a full-time member after that.

Joe Satriani did recommend Morse to the band. DP asked Satriani to join full-time but he was too busy with other projects, so he gave them Steve's number and told them that Morse would be a better fit anyway. Since he's been the guitarist for almost 15 years now (over twice the length of Blackmore)...I think they made the right choice. |
