Pretty much sums it up. There is a guy in the crowd that looked like Scott from that time frame. After I posted I realized a lot of people were doing the "Scott" look in ' 83

In 83 I had a perm and somewhat long hair. Use to wear a denim vest all the time that had Queensryche and Anthrax painted on the back of it.
