| I purchased it last week. Good stuff, a couple more modern moments and a bit more forgettable, but does not sound much different from the rest of their catalogue. The most noticeable difference has got to be that there's A LOT of keyboard, though. Not as many "hits" on this album either. Good stuff, though. | |

| It's OK but I liked Arocalypse better. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

I feel it is their weakest album as well. Their debut is still my favourite

| I agree, the debut is my favorite by Lordi. Which is weird because I bought it last. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| The Arocklaypse is a better first impression but Deadache is a grower. Take the time and listen to it. Its worth it! Alex _________________ | |

Virgin going under still pisses me off. Their metal selection was unmatched by any store in my area and I wll mourn the loss for a long time. It also makes me hate Best Buy's music selection more because apart from the internet, I have no alternative. Sorry, back to the topic...

| It has a more commericialized sound, doesn't it? Maybe it's a grower. But on th first spin i'm a little let down. _________________ | |

Alex Seconded! Monsterican Dream blows the new one away IMO. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| I recently got their first one and I just listened to it last night. You can say I am officially hooked. These guys are frickin awesome. I was dissapointed because the CD seemed too short (although it was 42 minutes). I can guarantee I will be getting their other albums. This one will probably be the next one I get because it's the only one Wal-Mart has. Is it just me or does the vocalist sound a little like Ville Laihiala (Sentenced, Poisonblack)? | |

Laihiala crossed with Lemmy would be a good description

I don't think you'll be disappointed. It's Lordi... formulaic and fun. An enjoyable listen from beginning to end.
