I find it interesting that Metallica hasn't put out a greatest hits album yet. So, I put together a playlist of what I thought would make the album.

They should do a best of in two parts, The first 5 albums and then the rest on another cd. I would buy the first cd and skip the second.

BREADFAN!!!!

I got the new MOFI vinyl reissues of the first 3 albums and they sound killer...better than the CD versions I had and better than the original vinyl issues.

Even Zep finally gave in and released a greatest hits package, so the only hold out so far is AC/DC and Metallica.

Uh, Metallica already released 2 compilation CD's. I used to own the scond one of them. It was called Mandatory Metallica 2.

European only release? I've never seen them here in the States.

Theres actually a Greatest hits out now, I dont think its officially released in the states though, even though ive seen in some stores that I go to, because on the back of the package I believe it says its from somewhere else but here is what is on these cds....
