She has taken thetest a record 771 times, most recently on Monday, but has yet to pass. She said she plans to take the test again but did not say when, he said Thursday. The 68-year-old hasspent $3,000 on fees for the test, he said. Applicants must score at least 60 on the written exam before they can get behind the wheel for a driving test. Choi says she's scored as high as 50." I feel sorry everytime I see Cha fail. When she passes, I'll make a memorial tablet myself and give it to her," Park Jung-seok, a traffic police officer at the agency, told the Korea Times newspaper.

I didn't know there was a Seoul, South Korea in Missouri.

I've lived in 6 different states, both North and South and MO has THE WORST DRIVERS I'VE SEEN...BY FAR!!!

At least S. Korea gives a test. I think Missouri lets you get a driver's license out of a Crackerjacks box.

Looks like the car got it's butt kicked.

I'll tell you a little story. I work with cars. We fix cars after collisions etc. And one time, not at band camp, we got this Volvo station wagon in, that was all muddy and scratched on the outside. The front window was cracked, but the only hole in it was smaller than a dime. Apparently the car had hit a dear, and the beast took a stroll over the hood, cracked the window, and proceeded to "fly" over the roof of tha car. The dear died pretty much on impact, and apparently animals that die this kind of death often empty their stomachs. This dear managed to crack the window, place it's tiny a-hole exactly over the only small hole in the cracked window, and emty itself INSIDE the car, before rolling over the roof! There was crap EVERYWHERE, as far back as the inside of the rearview window! And the hole in the window was placed perfectly in front of the drivers seat!
