Cardio THRASH jam!

Was doing cardio this afternoon for an hour and put my iPod on shuffle in a folder labeled "Thrash". I have several hundred songs thrown into that folder, but man, what a great listen. Almost forgot I was doing cardio and just go lost in a bunch of great songs.

Great mix.

For my cardio workout thrash is a must. I love on the eliptic machine when I catch myself headbanging or (badly) shouting the choruses. Keeps the rates up and the time flying. Plus it seems to stop people from asking how much longer will I be on there for.

My iPod has pretty much all my favorite thrash and power metal songs from my whole collection on there. I have listened to it so much on random that I have pretty much worn out all my faves. That keeps me wanting to discover new bands/albums though.

That song is from the Speed Kills...Again compilation. There's another song on that same compilation called Enemy Attack.

OK, I have both those songs on my Ipod. Think you gave them to me. Great songs. Not sure if I have the final mixes though.

I want that song off the 7" on MP3. Any way I can get you to send it to me? I have the vinyl. Have no way to get it off onto my iPod.

the faster the music, the better the cardio for me. i typically listen to grindcore, since it's super fast, aggressive, & there's little chance for some melodic part or ballad to interrupt.

I think you mean Avenger of blood(AOB)...their really cool oldschool thrash. Lurideath is their drummer.
