My Christmas Gift To Punk Fans

Pagan Babies - Next



Philly's Pagan Babies along with Black Flag were my first exposure to punk. I have been able to follow Black Flag through the years, but Pagan Babies broke up after this album (I believe) and I had it on a cassette that eventually snapped. UGH! For years, and I mean FOR YEARS I have looked high and low for this. Yet another release that never was officially on CD, I thank my lucky stars I have finally found a clean sounding vinyl rip of this!

As this is a bit average, you probably won't be blown away by this album like I was in 1988, but those who appreciate the 80's hardcore movement should appreciate this rare gem. They remind me alot of Dag Nasty. My picks for standout tracks are "The Bitch" (a Slaughter & The Dogs cover), and "Exception To The Rule".

As I have downloaded this very OOP album from the interwebs, I pass it along to those interested. I have fixed the file names and added a good scan of the front cover art.
