Gilbert, he doesn't - He's not pissed at you, nor telling you off, although it may seem as such. We're all friends on this board.

I have no doubt about all of us being friends on this board. It's just that i'm not the only one to have serious issues with slipknot, who played a major role in destroying metal as we know and love it.

Just check the board, and you'll notice the negative opinions on these guys.

So, why am i not entitled to express my opinion??

You are. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and never has anyone flamed another one on this board.

- I used to have the same opinion, and still have a similar one now, though I have grown to have a measure of respect for them. I hate the whole "nu" wave as well. I think EvyMetal just tried to say that he has heard your opinion on them, and wants to move on to the actual subject matter.

I totally agree.

The big issue I have with this bands, is that they give a bad representation of what metal is in reality.
