Never really understood the attraction of vinyl since CD's came out.
Collecting vinyl is a hell of a lot of fun and the best covers are practically pieces of art (and about 75% larger than cd art) - that's all there is to it. Is vinyl becoming popular again? - Page 3 309780

Heh, a friend of mine gave away some
vinyl's but I only have a broken turntable, and I kinda wanna hear
them, Deep Purple – Live in Japan, Dio - Holy Diver and another Dio
record (I can't remember which), Black Sabbath - Paranoid, Ac/Dc -
Back in Black, Aerosmith - Rocks, and some pop and rock n' roll
stuff.

I understand, but unless I win the lottery, marry a rich chick, or stumble upon an entry level job that pays 100K a year I will just never have the money to spend on vinyl, CDs, DVDs, books, and essentials. I'm just too invested in CDs to bother, though I wish it otherwise.

ha, it's fun if your're a swiss or german collector. apparently they often seem to mess vinyls with stamps, but they're rich (not that i have a problem with this). sure vinyl rulez. especially free or sealed.
