Van Halen-Bring On The Girls

Don't know how many of you have heard this. This is a first for me, anyone know where I can pick this up?

I believe it is one of the demo tracks from before they got signed. There are actually a TON of those songs out there. I have almost three discs of VH demos, but most are of such poor quality they aren't really listenable. I'll have to see if this is one of them.

I saw in RIP Magazine where they had VH demos for sale before and after they got signed but that was way back in the day.

I've got that song as a part of a two disc set called "That's All Folks!" http://www.vhboots.com/thatsallfolks.html

This one is basically Beautiful Girls with some alternate lyrics, but
there are other songs on there that are totally unique. Some of those
are on You Tube as well (Young and Wild, Voodoo Queen etc).

They are available. I got mine on E-Bay. I would suggest searching for
a title you want (ie if you want the set I have, you would search for
"Van Halen That's All Folks"). You can check that site for information
on other titles and with a bit of searching, you should be able to
locate some.

Years ago, there was a local record store called "Rock City" in my town. I used to buy a ton of bootlegs cassettes/vhs tapes of live performances and had a lot of VH "demos" and such from this guy. Pretty good quality. I remember having one with songs like Bullet Head amd Down in Flames from the mid to late 1970's before Halen had a record contract and were just a heavy bar band. Lots of good stuff. Peace.
