| I've read really negative reviews but haven't heard it myself. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

If Night Ranger puts out a new cd and noones buys it, does it make a sound?

| I have been picking up old Night Ranger out of sentimentality for my youth and many nights spent at the arcade playing Galaga, Defender, Spyhunter, and Pacman as NR, Loverboy, Vanhalen, and Rainbow filled my 10 year old ears through my Sony walkman. Ahhh, the goold old days. | |

| The new NR disc is very good, IMO...much better than Neverland and Seven...great guitar work all the way through and very good songs...a good blend of classic NR and modern influence... |

My thoughts almost word for word. Still, there seems to be something...off...about it. Something doesn't flow for the whole album, but song by song it is great! I still prefer Feeding Off The Mojo to this one, but I play this one fairly regularly right now. Arttie

Not better than Neverland methinks. Not bad but nothing special and a tad more modern than I'd like. I will say this, it is definatly the heaviest I ever heard from this band.

| Just got it yesterday and i like it for the most part. I'm a big Brad Gillis fan so when i saw it at Walmart i gave it try. It has modern production with some songs on the heavy side but still melodic. The two bonus tracks are acoustic versions of their two biggest hits, (Don't Tell Me You Love Me) and (Sister Christian). | |

| I noticed most of the vocal harmonies on the album remind me of latter day Galactic Cowboys, especially the song (Rockstar). | |

| Well, I'm sold on this album. I listened to it last night and was quite impressed. I think what turned me off the first time was because I wasn't used to NR being that heavy. But I must say I enjoyed it last night and it might even make it to my top list for this year after some more listens. | |

| I picked his up a few weeks ago (even got lucky enough to get an autographed version) but haven't had time to spin it yet. Looking forward to it. | |

| Love NR but have yet to cave in and buy the new release. Brad Gillis is one of guitar rocks greatest unsung heros! | |

| I like this album more each time I hear it (I will be listening to it again tonight). I finally got used to the more modern sound. I always thought it was impressive how Kelly Keagy could sing and play drums and on this album he sounds better than ever IMO (much gruffer and more powerful than before). | |
