How great a band name is Megadeth?

To me its a 10

Definitely a 10. We should thank Dave for finding the name, but not for coming up with it. Funny enough, we owe the late Senator Alan Cranston from California for coming up with the term that caught Dave's eye on his famous Greyhound bus trip back to L.A (after being kicked out of Metallica) which inspired him to name his band that...and of course dropping the "A".

I had heard a rumor that Dave originally wanted to name the band "F*ck James, Cliff & Lars in the A$$ with a Red-Hot Poker" but it wouldn't fit on the marquee at their first gig, so they settled on their current moniker. Woulda been cool though.

I forgot to vote!!! Great band name and awesome logo, one I can still draw well to this day.
