The beginning sounds like the intro bass line from Ace of Spades and then it sounds like that Nevermore riff on (Seed Awakening).

well i cant tell you who it is but that intro is a guitar part and its from a newer more nu metal band. But a pretty popular nu metal band who has played on the main stage at Ozzfest...
