I always liked the Damage INC. solo. I'll go with that one.

Four horsemen solo for me

"Ride The Lightning". That solo is so epic. The tempo change mid-way is stunning. The whole thing just builds up excellently: slow, melodic, transition, fast, double-bass....wow!

I know this isn't a guitar solo, but I also had to mention the brief post-solo interlude in "The Struggle Within" (after James yells GO!). Something about that part just gets my blood flowing.
