🤘 I just bought a brand new stainless steel monster of a grill. Can't wait to slap it together and torch some meat.

Well, the girls and I took mom out for mothers day tonight and had bbq ribs, chicken and kielbalsa. There's this amazing place locally owned in town that does it right.

My spaghetti tonight ruled over everything you guys could ever cook.

If I got on the grill, I could make you cry. Cool

Just had this great dinner tonight:
Open faced chili burger made with fresh brewed pale ale in the chili and amazing steak fries on the side. Awesome stawberry lemonade to wash it down.

Laughing very hard You guys are crazy. I took my parents out for dinner last night. Awesome. I had Capisanto Rissotto w/ Crispini (large bay scallops on a bed of rice with wedges of a garlic panini bread).
I just got out of the gym and am going to make my usual Monday night dinner alittle early since I have the day off. Baked scrod with a shrimp and ritz cracker crumb topping; mushroom rice; and steamed zucchini. Also, shrimp cocktail and a carrot cake for desert. MMMmmmm!!!
Gotta go, I am hungry. Very Happy

Back in December, I went to see the Van Halen show in Vancouver with a couple friends. After the show, we went to the bar across the street from our hotel for some food. I ordered what was advertised as a 2 lb burger, which wasn't a big deal to me at the time as I was in hardcore marathon training and ate meals of that size on a regular basis. When it came to the table, it was noticeably MUCH LARGER THAN 2 LBS. I asked the waitress why it seemed that way. She told me that the 2 lbs refers to just the beef. Well, the rest of the burger weighed (seriously) about 4 lbs. It was on a whole loaf of sourdough. It was a double-decker. Each half had a whole tomato, onion, massive mound of mushrooms, about 6 slices of cheese, about 3 tablespoons of thousand island dressing, not to mention about a quarter head of lettuce. I ate about half, at which point I was full but not like UUUUUHHHHH kind full, just right. I don't think I could've finished it without getting sick, but, after such a good night, I didn't want to risk. I got it packaged up and left it on the street for a homeless person (we we're in the middle of downtown). I miss that burger.
