Bay Area - Is there anyone over there ?

Being a huge fan of 80's Thrash Bay area I'd like to know if they are some poeple registered on this forum who lives over there and how is the scene now ? Are there still as much shows as in past ? Who are the combos that are still Thrashing and what's the feeling over there ?

I'm only speaking about Thrash and not Glam / Hair bands combo here
