Kissology II info?

Hi all,



I had dinner with Bruce after the expo on Saturday, and asked him about
Kissology II. He said he did a bit of voice over work for the set a
couple of months ago. Unlike some DVD voiceover sections, he was not
watching the film while recording, so I'm guessing the commentary for
volume II will be much like the first...short. At least he was asked to
participate.



Here's what he knows will be on the DVD...



MTV Unmasking

Crazy Nights show (probably Tokyo 88 )

HITS show (he wasn't sure on this one, but I'm guessing Detroit 90 as it is in the band's library)

A show with Vinnie Vincent (he wasn't sure which one)



I have also heard that Sydney 80 will be on there, but of course BK would not be involved in that at all.



He said a lot of the stuff is things we've seen before, but remastered, etc.



There is not any footage from Asylum...



There will be bonus discs for different stores with this volume just as there were for the first.



Sorry there's not more, but at least it looks like some of the
non-makeup stuff will make it on there. Interestingly, Bruce didn't
mention anything from Revenge, so not sure if they are holding that for
Vol. III or he just forgot to mention it!

there was bonus disc for Kissology Vol 1??

I wanted to see some Asylum, but vinnie and Eric will do just fine

Wal-Mart, Best Buy and other stores had bonus discs included with the original DVD package. The bonus disc from Best Buy is Cobo Arena, Detroit, MI (Jan. 25th 1976), which was recorded a the night before the Cobo concert featured on disc 1. Wal-Mart gave out Capitol Center, Largo, MD (Dec. 20, 1977). The other bonus disc offered by the other store(s) is Madison Square Garden, New York, NY (Feb. 18 1977)

Ooo I got the madison square garden one, I got it in canada in a family trip for 15$ (canadian dollars). Couldn't believe my eyes when in two weeks they were 25$ here in teh states. What a steal!

That's cool. I got the Largo, MD disc mainly because it contained more tracks than the others.

i got all 3 bonuses. i wanna see CotN era and Asylum. hope we see this in Bonuses in kissology II.

I hope Sydney is on there.I'd love to see that ! (along with Brazil : the last show in makeup)

I've seen all those concerts. There simply isn't anything new on these DVD's. All we get is better version of old stuff that any die-hard collector already own on VHS.

I'm sort of hoping the first show they did with Eric Carr for the Unmasked tour will show up on the DVD.

I also want some prime Creatures of the Night live material.

i hope we don't get the revenge tour....I already have it on dvd, it's basically alive III

I'm not too worried about any of the other 80s stuff missing, because Gene has already announced they plan on covering ALL of their years.
