Favorite NHL hockey team?

I kinda dropped the NHL after the beloved MINNESOTA NORTH STARS were stolen. (What's a WILD? Nothing without Al Shaver IMO). Then I moved to a place where there is no hockey team, but there is actually alcohol in the beer.
So now; my #1 hockey love is the reigning GOLD MEDAL olympic champion team SVENSKA. The gold medal game in 2006 was a highlight of my life, because my Dad was 1/2 Swedish and 1/2 Finnish. I couldn't lose. And do I wear my team SVENSKA jersey when I power metal? Yes I do!(it's yellow, or rather gold; just like the band Laudemus wears on stage).

LOL, he's Russian and his name is pronounced SHU-TAN. He hasn't been a
Sabre for two seasons. What's really funny is whenever he makes sports
center (he's a great goal scorer) they always call him Satan (literal)
and have fun with it, its funny as heck! And yes, I'd agree with
Freddy, TOTAL METAL NAME!!!!!

GREAT HOCKEY TRADITION! Love those Golden Gophers too! NCAA hockey is
awesome! Others I like, Lake Superior, Mane, North Dakota, Denver, U of
Boston (eagles)

Wild all the way! I grew up in Minnesota, so I've got fond memories of both the north stars and gophers.
