Favorite NHL hockey team?

My favorites are the Detroit Red Wings and the Pittsburgh Penguins.

no favorite. only players as Halak or Budaj.

Minnesota Wild - the State of Hockey!!! But even they come second
to my beloved Minnesota Golden Gophers. Nothing better in the
world of sport for me.

Philly Flyers & Jersey Devils

Minnesota Wild (NHL) and the crappy UMD Bulldog's (WCHA). Were coming for your precious Gophers Uncle Saxon. Playoffs start in about two weeks.

I used to be a pretty major NJ Devils fan but to be honest I don't pay as much attention to hockey as I used to. When I moved into my first apartment in the mid 90s I didn't have cable TV for a couple of years, so I never got to watch any games ... when I finally DID get cable TV back I tried to get back into it but enough time had passed that I hardly recognized any of the players... I occasionally still watch a game but I'm nowhere near as hardcore as I used to be... maybe I actually need to go to the arena and watch a game to get those fires re-kindled.

Bring it, SOR, bring it. We love dog-meat! haha

Last w/e was heartbreaking, yet necessary. It's out of our system

Hey, maybe you can score me some UMD-UofM tix up in Duluth for next
season. Ya can't trade your first-born for Gophs tix down here
and I have been dying to see a game for years.

I work for a TV station up here in Duluth and I tech. direct the UMD games, hopefully our contract will be picked up by the college for next year. Anyway if we do get it again, I'll see what I can do. I can't make any promises, but I might be able to buy them for you to, but we will cross that bridge when we come to it.

wow, way to get the thread going. Anywho I'm a huge Sharks fan, been one for years. Also an Islanders fan, the only minor league hockey I follow is when I follow prospects for certain teams.

No prob we'll see what happens next year. Remind me if you remember.

Can't believe we just signed JR, what a goon, I can't stand him. I
think Wilson is desperate for a spark after our playoff flop last
season, so he things it would be cool to have someone reach 500 career
goals as a Shark. JR's at 495 currently. Not that I disagree with the
idea.



But hockey is my sport of choice, so I'll watch any game....any night!

This is off topic but still having to do with hockey. I was playing a hockey videogame and on the Buffalo Sabres there's a guy named Miroslav SATAN. Weird.
